As a Psychology student, you will gain comprehensive knowledge in the fields of general psychology, psychological research methodology, personality theories, psychometrics, psychological counselling, philosophy, principles of individual and social communication, as well as psychotherapy, psychological prevention, clinical, social, developmental, educational, and family psychology, mental health, psychological support methods, psychological assessment tools development, and the biological foundations of human functioning.

Students will acquire in-depth psychological terminology and become familiar with the theories and methodologies of various psychological concepts. They will develop the ability to observe, analyse, and interpret social phenomena that influence human behaviour. The programme also equips students with skills in psychological assessment, effective psychological intervention, and counselling.

Throughout their studies, students will enhance their communication and interpersonal skills – essential for meeting the diverse expectations of future stakeholders and clients. They will also be able to design therapeutic interventions and creatively solve real-world problems in their professional practice, with particular emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of behavioural disorders, prevention and correction of social pathologies, social prevention, and rehabilitation in institutional settings.
