Training Description:
Change is the only constant in our lives, both at work and beyond it. During the training, we will answer three specific questions:
- What stresses us about change?
- How does our body react to change?
- What can we do to help ourselves?
During the training you will learn:
- How emotions change as you go through a transition (from initial shock to full acceptance).
- The difference between a Fixed Mindset and a Growth Mindset, and why it matters.
- Practical strategies for supporting yourself and your team when everything feels overwhelming.
Practices you will take away from the training:
- Personal change audit: which changes are stressing you right now and where you are on the emotional curve.
- Planning small steps: how to break a big change into small actions that give a sense of control.
- Support system: who or what helps you, and who you help.
- Planning your own development amid constant change.
- Growth Mindset language: phrases that open up perspective instead of closing it down.
