Training Description:

During the training, we will cover topics such as:

  • Mass sending of CVs without reading job advertisements.
  • How to create a good CV – how to make it clear and readable, what to pay attention to, and where you can create such a CV for free.
  • Preparing a consistent LinkedIn profile and why it is important.
  • Why a recruitment form can be important for a recruiter – including knockout questions.
  • How to prepare for a job interview – where to look for information about the company, what questions to expect, and how to prepare in terms of employment dates, reasons for changing jobs, specific responsibilities, and results achieved at work.
  • How to answer behavioral questions.
  • How to approach recruitment assignments: lack of clarification of requirements – fear of asking the recruiter/team leader for more details about the task; exceeding deadlines without informing them in advance.
