Management – second-cycle studies (4 semesters, Master’s degree) conducted in English is a modern programme developing advanced business and managerial competences.
During the studies, you will gain knowledge in strategic management, people management, business communication, market analysis and decision-making in international environments. You will also learn how to plan business activities, build development strategies and operate effectively in a dynamic economic environment.
The curriculum includes topics such as contemporary management concepts, strategic management, marketing, leadership, negotiations, business analysis and issues related to responsible and sustainable organisational development.
As part of the programme, you may choose one of the following modern specialisation pathways:
- Hospitality and Tourism Management – focused on management in the hospitality and tourism industry, service quality and the functioning of modern hospitality organisations,
- HR Management – preparing students for human resource management, talent development, team building and modern HR processes,
- Sustainable Development Management – related to responsible business, ESG strategies and organisational management based on sustainable development principles,
- International Business – developing competences connected with international business, global cooperation and organisational operations on foreign markets,
- Project Management – preparing students for planning, organising and implementing projects in modern business environments.
The programme also includes workshops, case studies, team projects, internships and classes conducted by experts and business practitioners.
