Bachelor's - Quality Management in Production and Services | KRAKOW

A quality engineer is one of the most sought-after professions in the production and service sector. The Quality Management specialization allows you to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of designing, implementing and developing a quality system according to international standards, with particular emphasis on the automotive industry.

A graduate of the Quality Management specialization is prepared to work as an auditor of the internal and external quality system, a member of the team for the development and implementation of quality systems in the enterprise and as a plenipotentiary for quality.

As part of the classes, students participate in study visits, which allow to see how quality problem solving looks in practice. They will learn practical aspects of the application and evaluation of quality management techniques in production and service enterprises.

Students of the Quality Management specialization have the opportunity to obtain specialist certificates:

• Auditor of the internal quality management system according to ISO 9001
• Auditor of the internal information security management system according to ISO 27001
• Auditor of internal environmental management system according to ISO 14001

• quality management methods and tools,
• industry standards and quality management systems,
• occupational health and safety management systems – design, implementation and certification,
• quality control in automated production,
• statistical process control,
• methodology of management systems integration,
• auditing and certification,
