Graduates of the HR Management specialization find employment in personnel consulting companies, human resources departments, job placement, counseling and vocational training institutions in the following positions:

• manager of all levels of management in various types of enterprises and institutions,
• HR director, specialist in the field of human resources management, organization and management, employment and payroll and planning,
• manager and specialist in personnel consulting companies, and even a trade union leader and leaders of various social and self-government organizations,
• assistant manager (president, director, board member),
• designer of restructuring processes,
• mediators and experts in labor negotiations.
