In the second part of training programs for gym goers, we present sample exercises for the muscles of the legs and buttocks. These are the largest muscles of our body, and at the same time and the most neglected. We hope that the exercises below will help you improve their appearance, strength, endurance and more.
When exercising at the gym, we should remember to reduce the size of the muscles we engage as we train. In simple terms, we can say that training should start with the muscle parts with the largest area. These are: legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and abdomen.
