  • Zone with machines
You want to strengthen, slenderize, or perhaps expand your musculature. Machines safely allow for isolated training, and they separate muscles more than free weights. They are less injurious to joints than free weights, and don't require the exerciser to have outstanding use technique. In our gym, club members will find machines for all major muscle parts. In the training programs, the machines are numbered so you won't get lost.
  • Cardio zone
Burn off unwanted fat? Want to warm up? Or maybe improve your aerobic capacity? You couldn't have come at a better time! In this zone you have at your disposal treadmills, bicycles, orbiters (cross-trainers), and stopwatches. Depending on your needs, you can choose not only the equipment but also the programs and loads on each piece of equipment. Don't know how to start - ask our instructors for help.
  • Cross zone
The zone for those looking for a strong endurance workout. What is cross-training? The simplest definition of cross-training is: Variable high-intensity training that uses functional movements. It is designed for both men building their musculature and dynamics and women striving for a beautiful figure.
