Leadership Across Cultures – Different Styles of Team Management

Leadership Across Cultures: WSB University Prepares for International BIP Event 2026

WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza is proud to announce the upcoming Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) titled "Leadership Across Cultures – Different Styles of Team Management."

This program is specifically designed for students who want to grow into confident leaders in an international environment. By merging academic theory with real-world application, the initiative prepares participants for leadership roles in a global workplace.

Program Philosophy
The BIP starts with a virtual meeting, followed by an intensive onsite week in Poland. Participants will develop key skills in Emotional Intelligence, International Communication, Business Communication, and team collaboration through interactive workshops and real-life case studies.

A major part of the program is team building through Design Thinking, where students work in international groups to learn how to solve challenges creatively and professionally. This experience is an excellent opportunity to improve communication skills, gain intercultural experience, and build lasting friendships across borders.
