The programme has been designed to meet the needs of the academic community while taking into account the expectations of the modern labour market. Thanks to this, doctoral students at WSB University gain not only extensive theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills that they can directly use in a business environment and in their further academic careers. We are distinguished by our interdisciplinary approach: we encourage doctoral students to cross the boundaries of individual disciplines, explore new research topics and seek innovative solutions.
Doctoral students have the opportunity to collaborate with renowned experts – both in the fields of social sciences, humanities, economics and technology, as well as with representatives of the business world and public administration. Our academic staff are individuals who, in addition to their rich academic achievements, are distinguished by their practical approach to research issues. As a result, doctoral students gain a perspective that allows them to understand how their academic work can translate into real solutions implemented in the private or public sector.
