The Bioethics Committee of WSB University is a bioethics committee within the meaning of Article 29 of the Act on the Professions of Physician and Dentist. The Committee makes independent and autonomous decisions and opinions within the scope of its competences and guarantees reliable and impartial resolutions.
The tasks and operating procedures of the Committee are defined by the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 26 January 2023 on the Bioethics Committee and the Appeals Bioethics Committee, issued pursuant to Article 29(26) of the Act of 5 December 1996 on the Professions of Physician and Dentist (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, items 1516, 1617, 1831, 1972), as well as by the Regulations of the Bioethics Committee of WSB University.
