PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI) is a global company engaged in the production and sale of lubricants for PETRONAS, an oil company from Malaysia.

Founded in 2008, PETRONAS Lubricants International produces and markets a full range of high-quality automotive and industrial lubricants in over 100 markets around the world.

Customer Service Representative with German

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receives and processes customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. Proactively maintains an ongoing relationship with key customers, Operations and sales staff. Uses knowledge of customers, product availability, sales territories, in order to provide a key communications link to the customer.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Records and processes orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone and EDI;
  • Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines;
  • Suggests additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs;
  • Checks credit limitation and confirms orders;
  • Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of highly complex customer complaints and issues;
  • Serves as communication link between customers and the rest of the organization to assure responsiveness;
  • Tracks order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Expedites the delivery of selected orders;

    QUALIFICATION:
  • Degree in Economics, Communication and Social Sciences
  • Strong Customer Centric attitude
  • At least 3 years of experience in CS and strictly related fields;
  • High Knowledge of 2 EU languages English and German
  • Experience in Customer Service-related environments sales/marketing background is a plus
  • Governing balance between customer experience and lean processes
  • Professional grounding combined with superior people skills
  • Good operational knowledge of SAP, SFA and CRM tools – additional plus.
     
     

Logistic Specialist

Ensure all the logistics operational tasks for the Polish market and for Export Poland. The tasks are including the inbound, outbound, warehouse activities, stock count and replenishment from external suppliers. You will direct, optimize and coordinate full logistical order cycle.

    Key Accountabilities:
  • Steering and follow up of inbound goods flows, both bulk (drop shipment) as packed
  • Checking of transportation and warehousing invoices with a keen eye on overall costs reduction
  • Follow up and coordinate monthly reporting related to logistics activities
  • Communicate and control information from finished goods suppliers (internal and external)
  • Steering together with S&OP the correct and optimal stock levels
  • Updating new SKU’s into SAP in terms of logistics related parameters
  • Prepare transport orders and communicate them to the providers
  • Coordinate of deliveries based on open orders and product availability
  • Follow up on a correct and timely delivery within the On Time Delivery management
  • Managing & processing of transportation and warehousing non-conformities
  • Keep up-to-date with the transport, warehousing, company and local policies/regulations (including translating them to internal procedures)
  • Seeking for continuous logistical improvement based on a profound knowledge of all the relevant business process
  • Support and propose automation and simplification of logistical process within the legal possibilities and limitations
  • Managing all aspects related to an excise warehouse and coordination together with the customs agency

    Qualification :
  • Master’s University degree
  • SAP and M.Office Excellent Knowledge
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant professional experience

  • Knowledge of road transport mode regulation and legislation
  • Knowledge of warehouse activities and management systems
