This specialisation is designed to impart knowledge of project management and to develop skills in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring projects. The methods, techniques and modern IT tools in project management that students learn will enable graduates to work on the implementation of a specific project, both independently and as part of a team. During your studies, you will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in areas such as:

• the principles of project management,
• the principles of communication and collaboration within a project team,
• tools to support project management,
• project management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE 2, PKBok, Agile Management System,
• project budgeting procedures,
• principles of project documentation,
• identifying risk factors in project management and developing proposals for measures aimed at mitigating them,
• meeting the requirements set for EU projects.
