High Salaries and Fast Employment: WSBU Graduates Achieve Career Success
Recent data published by the ELA system (ela.nauka.gov.pl) confirms that graduates of WSB University are among the best-paid and most rapidly employed young professionals in the region. The median gross monthly salary during the first year after graduation in Computer Science reaches PLN 10,213, and in Transport – PLN 8,341. In the overall ranking of top-paying study programs in the Silesian Voivodeship, two WSBU programs are among the very best.
Statistics show that as many as 92% of WSBU graduates find employment immediately after graduation. The average job search time is less than one month for bachelor’s degree holders and just over two weeks for those with a master’s degree – some of the best results not only regionally but nationwide.

This is no coincidence – for years, WSBU has consistently developed an educational model based on close cooperation with the business environment. Study programs are co-designed with industry experts, and students benefit from:
- the "3 days study, 2 days work" model, allowing them to combine academic learning with employment,
- extended internships and placements with WSBU’s business partners,
- training programs, certifications, and individual coaching and career counseling offered by the Academic Career Office.
