Akademia Wolontariatu w Instytucie Roździeńskiego is an initiative that aims to encourage involvement in systematic and long-term volunteering. The project focuses on building social awareness and promoting the value of volunteering, while encouraging people to devote their time and energy to others. As part of the project, we intend to achieve the following goals:
- strengthen ties between the organization and the local community - including volunteers,
- develop effective methods of cooperation with volunteers,
- increase the number of volunteers and their level of involvement in volunteering activities,
- develop competences among the volunteer coordinator and volunteers,
- disseminate values related to involvement in long-term volunteering,
- create social awareness about the benefits of volunteering,
- creating a lasting structure of support and coordination of volunteer activities, improving the quality of implemented activities.
