ENTER-CBL at Businet Annual Conference - November 2025
Businet Annual Conference (Sofia) - workshop by WSB University
From 12 to 15 November 2025, the 38th Businet Annual Conference took place in Sofia. As part of the conference programme, Paweł Urgacz (WSB University) delivered a workshop titled “Innovation starts with the teacher - so why do we keep forgetting them?”
The session focused on a simple but often overlooked point: educational innovation does not scale through tools and frameworks alone. It scales when teachers are supported with practical methodologies, time-efficient resources, and clear guidance that makes new approaches easier to adopt in real teaching conditions.
The workshop shared experience from entrepreneurship education practice and highlighted how structured teaching support - including platform-based resources and ready-to-use learning designs - can strengthen implementation quality, consistency, and long-term impact.
