Our history began with the passion of President Robert Kęsicki, an experienced manager and trainer in the railway industry, for railways and the pursuit of development in rail transport. We specialize in training candidates for positions in the railway industry, such as shunters, setters and auditors. In addition, we actively support the introduction of young railway staff into the labor market, offering comprehensive training and mentoring.

Our offer includes sublease of employees related to railway traffic and track construction. Thanks to a flexible approach, we provide qualified employees, adapting to the individual needs of our clients.
