It allows you to plan the project in an organized way, complete all tasks, complete the project and assess its effectiveness. At the same time, this methodology constitutes a universal platform for cooperation of all people involved in the implementation of projects. It enables effective communication and effective exchange of information at all stages of the project, including its preparation phase.
