After Meetings in Thailand

From Thailand to WSB University: Connecting with Future International Students

On 13 June 2026, WSB University held its Bangkok Information Event – Study Abroad Meet-up for Students and Parents, bringing together prospective students, parents, and education professionals interested in international study opportunities in Poland.

The event provided participants with direct access to WSB University representatives and practical information about English-taught study programmes, admission requirements, application procedures, tuition fees, living costs, scholarships, and the support available to international students.

During the meeting, participants received step-by-step guidance on the admissions process, required documents, and timelines. They also learned more about the support offered by WSB University before and after arrival in Poland, including onboarding, academic guidance, adaptation assistance, and wellbeing support.

An important part of the programme was a sample lecture, which allowed participants to experience WSB University’s practical and interactive teaching approach. The event also included an open Q&A session, giving students and parents the opportunity to ask questions directly and receive clear answers from university representatives.

The Bangkok Information Event was complemented by a series of meetings with representatives of local schools. These conversations created an opportunity to present WSB University’s educational offer, discuss the needs and expectations of Thai students considering studies abroad, and strengthen direct relationships with institutions supporting young people in their academic choices.

Another important element of the visit was a meeting at Kasetsart University, one of Thailand’s leading higher education institutions. The visit created space for discussion about international education, student mobility, and potential areas of academic cooperation. It was also an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the growing interest of students in international study pathways and closer cooperation between institutions in Poland and Thailand.

The visit to Thailand confirmed the importance of direct contact with students, parents, schools, and universities when promoting international education. It also provided valuable insight into the expectations of Thai candidates and helped strengthen WSB University’s presence in the region.

We would like to sincerely thank all participants, school representatives, and university partners who took part in the meetings and contributed to the success of the visit. Special thanks go to Kasetsart University for the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas on future cooperation.

We also express our gratitude to the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) for financing the activities. Its support made it possible to promote Polish higher education, build direct relationships with prospective students, and strengthen cooperation with educational institutions in Thailand.

We look forward to welcoming future students from Thailand at WSB University and to further developing educational and academic cooperation between Poland and Thailand.
