The concept of lean management is a response to constantly changing economic conditions and growing competition. Its rational methodology, clear principles and practical tools allow for the optimization of the company's operation. Lean management, or "lean" management, is an enterprise management system based on principles that minimize waste (in terms of work, processes, energy and raw materials) that does not add any value to the product. The implementation of a lean management culture in an organization focuses on creating products of the highest possible quality while maximizing the use of the resources available to the organization.

The aim of postgraduate studies is to comprehensively prepare graduates to conduct improvement and optimization projects in their organizations based on proven methods, tools and best practices in the industry. The classes include visits to production and service companies, enabling students to learn improvement tools in real industry conditions. Thanks to this, as well as the analysis of good practices used in the best and most effective companies, classes at the Lean Management Academy have an extremely practical dimension.

    Candidates should have at least a higher education degree.

    Total Hours: 160

    Duration: 2 semesters.

    Basis for passing: The studies conclude with an exam after each semester.

    Class days: Saturdays, Sundays.

    The study organizer reserves the right to make changes to the study program.
