The meeting focused primarily on organizational issues related to preparations for the final conference, planned online meetings with teachers and students, the development of a toolkit for teachers, and responsibilities for disseminating the project results.
The partners began by discussing the organization of the final conference in Poland. It was agreed that the event would take place in September.
The next topic was online meetings with teachers and students. During the discussion, a schedule of activities, proposed methodological tools, and minimum requirements for task completion were presented. Teachers received a concise summary of expectations to help them support students in their project work. A second online meeting with students was also planned, with the aim of strengthening the international dimension of the project through presentations of countries, schools, and partner institutions.
Finally, the partners discussed their responsibilities for disseminating the results under Work Package 3. Each institution committed to actively promoting the project, including updating information on their websites and participating in scientific conferences. It was agreed that each partner would participate in two conference events, including at least one major event, with appropriate documentation (programs, photos, presentation materials).
The meeting ended with a summary of the arrangements and a reminder of the importance of careful planning and reliable documentation at the final stage of the project.
