Meeting with partners - May

The meeting began with Jacek Bendkowski presenting a short agenda focused on several key topics. He explained that the participants would discuss the current status of the pilot activities, any problems encountered during implementation, and the results achieved so far. He also reminded the participants about the necessity of translating the teachers’ manuals into their local languages. Another important point of the meeting concerned the programme for the final conference. Jacek informed the group that he had prepared an initial version of the conference agenda and invited participants to suggest any additions or modifications. He also mentioned that certificates of implementation would be discussed later in the meeting.

In the later part of the discussion, the participants focused on arranging the date and time of the next meeting. Jacek Bendkowski initially considered 15 June as a possible option after realizing that his conference would take place on 13–14 June. However, Paula Mihai explained that she would not be available on 15 June and preferred another date. The participants then discussed alternative dates and agreed that afternoon or evening hours would be more convenient, particularly around 4:00 p.m.

After considering several options, the group agreed to hold the next meeting on 9 June at 4:00 p.m. Polish time. Gražina Čiuladienė confirmed that this would correspond to 5:00 p.m. Lithuanian time, which would make participation easier after work-related duties and academic defences. Paula Mihai and Matěj Mareš also confirmed that the proposed date and time would be suitable for them.

At the end of the meeting, Jacek Bendkowski thanked all participants for attending and informed them that he would send the detailed agenda for the final conference in Dąbrowa Górnicza by the end of the week. He apologized for the delay due to his busy schedule. The meeting concluded with participants exchanging thanks and farewells.
