Another important point of the meeting concerned the programme for the final conference. Jacek informed the group that he had prepared an initial version of the conference agenda and invited participants to suggest any additions or modifications. He also mentioned that certificates of implementation would be discussed later in the meeting.
In the later part of the discussion, the participants focused on arranging the date and time of the next meeting. Jacek Bendkowski initially considered 15 June as a possible option after realizing that his conference would take place on 13–14 June. However, Paula Mihai explained that she would not be available on 15 June and preferred another date. Paula Mihai and Matěj Mareš also confirmed that the proposed date and time would be suitable for them.
At the end of the meeting, Jacek Bendkowski thanked all participants for attending and informed them that he would send the detailed agenda for the final conference in Dąbrowa Górnicza by the end of the week.
