Meeting with partners - October

The online meeting of the Girls4Economy project partners was held on 12 October 2026. The main objective was to review the progress of project implementation, verify the achievement of project indicators, and agree on the remaining activities and documentation necessary for successful project closure.

The first issue discussed concerned the finalisation and translation of project outputs into the partners' national languages. The Polish translation has already been completed, while the Lithuanian and Czech versions are being finalised. Partners agreed to complete the remaining translations by 31 October 2026, paying particular attention to the accuracy of educational terminology. Another important issue was the collection of testimonials and certificates from schools and other institutions confirming the practical application of the methodology developed within the project. Partners were encouraged to use the templates available in the shared repository and submit the documents by the end of October. It was agreed that testimonials could be prepared in national languages and accompanied by English translations.

Electronic copies or goodquality scans would be sufficient for reporting purposes. The participants also discussed the outcomes of piloting activities and their evaluation. Matěj Mareš confirmed the availability of national piloting reports and undertook to prepare a consolidated report covering the implementation and evaluation of these activities. Particular attention was given to documenting student projects, participation levels, and evidence of learning outcomes. A possible shortfall in the planned number of participants in Poland was identified and requires further verification. Project posters, photographs, and presentations were recognised as valuable supporting evidence. The discussion subsequently focused on documenting the final project conference held in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The actual composition of national delegations differed from the original project application, primarily because more students were given the opportunity to participate. Partners agreed that these changes were justified by the project's educational objectives but should be clearly explained and supported by appropriate documentation, including participant lists and evidence of attendance.

Maja Zawisza emphasised the importance of completing all project outputs and collecting the supporting documentation necessary for the final report. Partners were requested to submit outstanding materials, including testimonials, evaluation results, photographs, and evidence of dissemination activities, preferably by 31 October 2026. This would allow sufficient time during November to verify the documents, ensure compliance with reporting requirements, and prepare the materials for submission to the reporting platform in December. Technical difficulties concerning access to the shared SharePoint repository were also reported and will require resolution.

In conclusion, the partners agreed that the immediate priority is to finalise all outstanding project outputs and supporting documentation by the end of October. Matěj Mareš will coordinate the preparation of piloting and evaluation reports, while Maja Zawisza will oversee the collection and organisation of reporting materials. The next online meeting was scheduled for 9 November 2026 at 12:30.
