The discussion focused on the teachers’ training in Romania planned for October 2025. The project partners talked about the schedule suggested by the Romanian partners. There was an overall feeling that the training should be divided into three parts: the first one of a theoretical nature with a project overview, methods and tools used, and project methodology, the second one of a more practical nature, with simulations, and the last one, dedicated to evaluation of the delivered course materials. It was agreed that the Polish and Czech partners will prepare a presentation showing the general idea of the project, its goals and methodology, as well as methods and tools recommended for shaping network competencies that will be used as an intriduction to the training. It was also decided that the Polish partners will prepare special invitations for the teachers from Lithuania participating in the training in Romania. Moreover, the project partners highlighted the need to prepare additional materials for the teachers’ training, like attendance lists, photos, and certificated of attendance.
The Czech partners presented their idea how to perform the evaluation of the project and prepared course materials among teachers during the training in Romania. It was agreed that in order to get reliable results a mixed approach will be used, namely a focus group discussion and a questionnaire. The respondents’ answers will be then analysed and appropriate modifications to the project and course materials will be implemented.
The project partners accepted the proposed version of the course materials prepared by the Polish and Czech partners.
