Representatives of Inercia Digital will take part in the 1st International Scientific and Methodological Conference “Science for Sport - Sport for Society”, which will be held in Gdańsk, Poland, on 23-25 September 2026.
The event will provide an opportunity to present and discuss the results of the Erasmus+ JUDO & HEALTH project - “Judo as a Trigger to Shape Youth Pro-Health and Pro-Social Attitudes”. The project focuses on the potential of judo and sport-based education to promote healthy lifestyles, strengthen pro-social attitudes among young people and support their personal and social development. During the conference, Inercia Digital will contribute to the programme through two presentations connected with the project. Marta Mármol Muñoz will present a scientific poster entitled “Identification of educational deficits in healthy lifestyle spheres among youth judo athletes in light of daily behavior analysis” on 23 September 2026. Francisco Javier García Gómez will deliver an oral presentation entitled “Judo as a Trigger to Shape Youth Pro-Health and Pro-Social Attitudes - International Erasmus+ Project as an Example of Building a Healthy Society” on 25 September 2026.
Participation in the conference will be an opportunity to share the results and experiences gained during the implementation of the JUDO & HEALTH project, exchange knowledge with researchers and professionals working in the fields of sport, health and education, and discuss the role of judo in supporting healthy lifestyles and positive social attitudes among young people.
The conference will also contribute to strengthening international cooperation and promoting the wider social and educational impact of sport. Through its participation, the JUDO & HEALTH project will reach a broader scientific and professional audience and encourage further discussion on how sport can be used as an effective tool for health promotion, education and social development.
We look forward to meeting researchers, practitioners and sport professionals in Gdańsk and sharing the achievements of the JUDO & HEALTH project.
