Spanish Workshop: Spain and Colombia

I had the opportunity to teach Spanish by presenting two very different cultures: Spain and Colombia. During the workshops, I shared with the students aspects such as traditional food, colloquial expressions, differences in language usage, and some of the most emblematic places in each country. This helped demonstrate that, even though it is the same language, there are many cultural and linguistic nuances depending on the context.

It was my first time conducting this type of workshop, which represented an important personal challenge. However, the outcome was very positive. The activity became an enriching immersion experience for students of different levels, as they were able not only to learn new vocabulary and expressions, but also to better understand the cultural dimension that accompanies the language.
