On November 18-19, the International Scientific Conference “Innovations, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership in the Digital Age. Theory and Practice,” organized by WSB University. This is a well-established annual event that, for the past years, has brought together academic and business communities as well as representatives of government and civil society organizations from many countries around the world. The conference serves as a platform for the exchange of knowledge, research findings, and practical experience, fostering the development of international academic partnerships and the initiation of joint research, development, and implementation projects.

The conference’s theme focuses on the challenges and opportunities for the development of science, the economy, and management in the era of digital transformation. The event’s program covers topics related to innovation in organizations, intellectual entrepreneurship, creativity in innovation processes, digitization, artificial intelligence, big data analysis, the Internet of Things (IoT), robotization, process automation, and the skills of the future. During the two-day conference, 25 presentations and debates are scheduled, including plenary sessions featuring six distinguished keynote speakers representing renowned research centers from Europe, Africa, and North America.

The conference will be international in scope and will be held in a hybrid format. Participants are expected to include representatives from academia, businesses, public institutions, nongovernmental organizations, and the culture and education sectors. Thanks to the online broadcast, simultaneous interpretation, and the availability of recordings of the presentations, the conference’s outcomes will be accessible to a wide audience even after the event concludes.

The aim of the event is to disseminate the results of scientific research, strengthen cooperation between the scientific community and the socio-economic environment, and create a space for discussion on the directions of development for innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership in the digital economy. The conference aligns with strategic directions for the development of science and serves as a key element in supporting the transfer of knowledge and technology to economic practice.

The project is funded from the state budget allocated by the Minister of Science and Higher Education as part of the “Wektory Nauki” program. The conference aligns with the program’s objectives by supporting the dissemination of scientific achievements, the development of international cooperation, and the building of lasting relationships between science and business. Thanks to WSB Univiersity's many years of experience in organizing international academic events and the involvement of renowned experts and strategic partners, the conference guarantees a high level of academic quality and a wide reach, serving as an important forum for debate on the future of innovation and digital transformation.

Międzynarodowa Konferencja Naukowa „Innovations, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership in the Digital Age. Theory and Practice”

W dniach 18-19 listopada odbędzie się Międzynarodowa Konferencja Naukowa „Innovations, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership in the Digital Age. Theory and Practice”, organizowana przez Akademię WSB. Jest to cykliczne wydarzenie o ugruntowanej renomie, które od wielu lat integruje środowiska naukowe, biznesowe oraz przedstawicieli administracji i organizacji społecznych z wielu krajów świata. Konferencja stanowi platformę wymiany wiedzy, wyników badań i doświadczeń praktycznych, sprzyjając budowaniu międzynarodowych partnerstw naukowych oraz inicjowaniu wspólnych projektów badawczo-rozwojowych i wdrożeniowych.

Tematyka konferencji koncentruje się na wyzwaniach i możliwościach rozwoju nauki, gospodarki oraz zarządzania w erze transformacji cyfrowej. Program wydarzenia obejmuje zagadnienia związane z innowacjami w organizacjach, przedsiębiorczością intelektualną, kreatywnością w procesach innowacyjnych, cyfryzacją, sztuczną inteligencją, analizą Big Data, Internetem Rzeczy (IoT), robotyzacją, automatyzacją procesów oraz kompetencjami przyszłości. Podczas dwudniowych obrad zaplanowano 25 referatów i debat, w tym sesje plenarne z udziałem sześciu wybitnych keynote speakerów reprezentujących renomowane ośrodki naukowe z Europy, Afryki i Ameryki Północnej.

Konferencja będzie miała charakter międzynarodowy i zostanie zrealizowana w formule hybrydowej. Planowany jest udział osób reprezentujących środowiska akademickie, przedsiębiorstwa, instytucje publiczne, organizacje pozarządowe oraz sektor kultury i edukacji. Dzięki transmisji online, tłumaczeniu symultanicznemu oraz udostępnieniu nagrań z wystąpień, rezultaty konferencji będą dostępne dla szerokiego grona odbiorców również po zakończeniu wydarzenia.

Celem wydarzenia jest upowszechnianie wyników badań naukowych, wzmacnianie współpracy pomiędzy środowiskiem naukowym i otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym oraz tworzenie przestrzeni do dyskusji nad kierunkami rozwoju innowacyjności, przedsiębiorczości i przywództwa w gospodarce cyfrowej. Konferencja wpisuje się w strategiczne kierunki rozwoju nauki oraz stanowi istotny element wspierający transfer wiedzy i technologii do praktyki gospodarczej.

Projekt jest finansowany ze środków budżetu państwa przyznanych przez Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego w ramach programu „Wektory Nauki”. Realizacja konferencji jest zgodna z celami programu, wspierając upowszechnianie osiągnięć naukowych, rozwój współpracy międzynarodowej oraz budowanie trwałych relacji pomiędzy nauką i biznesem. Dzięki wieloletniemu doświadczeniu Akademii WSB w organizacji międzynarodowych wydarzeń naukowych oraz zaangażowaniu uznanych ekspertów i partnerów strategicznych, konferencja gwarantuje wysoki poziom merytoryczny oraz szeroki zasięg oddziaływania, stanowiąc ważne forum debaty nad przyszłością innowacji i transformacji cyfrowej.
