Project Overview:
The JUDO project is aimed at promoting healthy and socially inclusive lifestyles among teenagers practicing judo. The initiative focuses on youth who may not achieve significant sports results but can excel in promoting pro-health and pro-social behaviors in their communities. The project seeks to develop innovative educational tools and methodologies to engage young judokas in healthy lifestyle activities and to encourage them to become leaders in their communities. These youth will be empowered to support others, including those with fewer opportunities, to adopt healthier lifestyles, contributing to their local community's well-being.

Objectives:
Pro-Health Education: Educating young judokas on healthy lifestyle choices, including diet, physical activity, and stress management.
Youth Leadership: Empowering teenagers to become health advocates within their families and communities.
Social Inclusion: Engaging youth with fewer opportunities, such as those with obesity or from migrant backgrounds, in community-building activities.
Activities:
Development of Educational Materials: Creation of a practical guide and instructional videos on promoting a healthy lifestyle through judo.
Pro-Health Actions: Implementation of local projects where judokas lead health campaigns in their communities.
International Collaboration: Workshops, camps, and conferences to share experiences and outcomes among participating countries.
Expected Results:
Enhanced Knowledge: Improved understanding of healthy living among young judokas.
Social Impact: Increased social inclusion and community engagement through health promotion activities.
Sustainable Practices: Development of a model program that can be adapted and applied to other sports disciplines.
