Mirosława Nowak-Dziemianowicz, PhD. Prof.Tit. graduated in pedagogy and psychology at the University of Wrocław, where she also gained further academic degrees. In the years 1997-2017, she was a co-founder of the University of Lower Silesia, acting in it in 2008-2017 as the dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences. From 2017, she worked at the University of Opole, where she held the following positions: Plenipotentiary of the Rector of the University of Opole for the discipline of education, Deputy Director of the Institute of Education for science and Director of the Institute of Education. Since 2017, she has been employed at the WSB University Dąbrowa Górnicza, where she is the head of a doctoral seminar in education and of the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Contemporary Problems in the Humanities.This university is currently the primary workplace of Mirosława Nowak-Dziemianowicz.

Education, upbringing, school, teacher - this is the first area of her research and scientific interests. The second area is interpersonal relationships, intimate relationships, marriage, family and everything that happens in them "between": spouses, partners, parents and children. The entire scientific activity of the Professor is subordinated to the question of what in our relations with others is conducive to development and self-realization. Interdisciplinary research conducted by Mirosława Nowak-Dziemianowicz PhD. Prof.Tit. are located in the qualitative research paradigm and in a broad socio-cultural context.

Mirosława Nowak-Dziemianowicz PhD. Prof.Tit. is the President of the Critical Pedagogy Section of Committee on Education studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Educational Policy Committee of Committee on Education studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She she was the supervisor of 20 doctorates in the field of social sciences, in the discipline of education
