Final Conference

Celem konferencji jest przedstawienie i popularyzacja rezultatów projektu pt. „Shaping the network competences of young girls from minor towns and restructured areas as future business leaders operating in a 4.0 economy”, realizowanego przez Akademię WSB w Dąbrowie Górniczej we współpracy z Odpovědná společnost, z. s. (Czechy), MYKOLO ROMERIO UNIVERSITETAS (Litwa) i ASOCIATIA CLUSTER MOBILIER TRANSILVAN (Rumunia) w ramach programu Erasmus +. Podczas konferencji zostaną zaprezentowane i nagrodzone najlepsze projekty przygotowane przez uczniów szkól ponadpodstawowych z Polski, Czech, Litwy i Rumunii z wykorzystaniem metodyki i narzędzi opracowanych przez partnerów projektu. Konferencja będzie ponadto okazją wymiany wiedzy i doświadczeń nauczycieli i uczniów z czterech krajów uczestniczących w projekcie w zakresie implementacji metodyki rozwoju kompetencji sieciowych i ich wykorzystania w późniejszej karierze zawodowej, a także przeciwdziałania wykluczeniu społeczno-cyfrowego młodych ludzi, a w szczególności nastolatek pochodzących z restrukturyzowanych regionów."

The aim of the conference is to present and promote the results of the project titled “Shaping the network competencies of young girls from small towns and restructured areas as future business leaders operating in a 4.0 economy,” carried out by the WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza in collaboration with Odpovědná společnost, z. s. (Czech Republic), MYKOLO ROMERIO UNIVERSITETAS (Lithuania), and ASOCIATIA CLUSTER MOBILIER TRANSILVAN (Romania) as part of the Erasmus+ program. During the conference, the best projects prepared by secondary school students from Poland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Romania using the methodology and tools developed by the project partners will be presented and awarded. The conference will also serve as an opportunity for teachers and students from the four countries participating in the project to exchange knowledge and experiences regarding the implementation of methodologies for developing networking skills and their application in future professional careers, as well as efforts to combat the social and digital exclusion of young people, particularly teenagers from regions undergoing restructuring."
