Catalogue of Individual Needs – WSB Academy: accessible to everyone
This document is intended to identify and report specific needs that will enable comfortable and full participation in the conference.
What might this support involve?
- ensuring architectural accessibility (ramps, lifts, barrier-free entry),
- providing materials in larger print or Braille,
- the presence of a PJM, SJM or SKOGN interpreter,
- the use of an induction loop,
- support from an assistant (e.g. for blind people or those with mobility impairments),
- accommodation for special dietary requirements,
- facilities for an assistance dog,
- and other, individually specified needs.
How to submit your requirements?
The completed application form, available as a downloadable attachment, can be submitted:
- Electronically – by sending a scan of the signed documents to: cosp@wsb.edu.pl
- The form is available in accessible formats (e.g. e-form, large print, easy-to-read version) – adapted on request (please submit a request for an alternative format using the methods outlined above).
Each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the validity and urgency of the needs.
