dr hab. Jacek Bendkowski, prof. AWSB

Jacek Bendkowski, Ph.D., Professor at WSB University, a PhD in Humanities and a post-doctoral degree in social sciences in the discipline of management sciences. Author of over 90 publications, including 3 monographs, 1 academic textbook and 47 articles, published in Polish and foreign journals. His scientific interests focus on the organisation management in the modern economy, knowledge management and intellectual capital, as well as ICT management in virtual organisations. He is currently working on changes in the work environment resulting from the digitisation of business processes.

Gražina Čiuladienė is affiliated with Mykolas Romeris University, specifically within the Institute of Educational Sciences and Social Work. She holds a degree in Social Work from Mykolas Romeris University (2021), a degree in Education from Aleksandras Stulginskis University (2006), and a degree in English Language Teaching from Šiauliai University (2000).

Matěj Mareš

Matěj Mareš

Matěj is the founder and CEO of Responsible Society, NGO. A Master's degree in social geography and demography gives him a broad range of knowledge in the fields of sociology, geography, economy, and statistics (generally working with and presenting data). For the past 18 years, he has been involved in several research and evaluation projects concerning primary and secondary education. The scope of the projects focuses on systemic changes in the educational system, implementing strategic approaches and evaluation practices in education, and reflecting current trends (e.g. Industry 4.0) in education. Recently, he has focused on the role of public actors and how the biases and predefined positions influenced the framing of “reality” and the production of “facts”.

Paula Mihai

Paula Mihai

Paula Mihai is part of the Hygia team as a consultant within an internal team specializing in the development and management of national and international projects, focusing on urban environments and production investments. With over eight years of volunteering experience, including leadership roles, Paula brings a strong sense of organization and commitment to every initiative she undertakes. The dynamic nature of this field, offering constant opportunities to learn new things, is one of Paula’s main motivations. Her approach is fueled by a passion for personal and professional growth, supported by her certifications, including the ANC Trainer Certificate and the completion of the Learn Consulting, Do Consulting (LCDC) program in 2024. 
Outside of her career, Paula is passionate about reading, traveling, dancing, volunteering, and improvisational theater - activities that enhance her creative perspective and positive energy. These qualities are reflected in her collaboration with the Hygia team and partners, contributing to complex, long-term projects with enthusiasm and innovation.
