Gražina Čiuladienė is affiliated with Mykolas Romeris University, specifically within the Institute of Educational Sciences and Social Work. Vaida Aleknavičienė is a member of the monitoring committee of the Interreg V-A Latvia-Lithuania cross-border cooperation programme. Represents the Association of Lithuanian Municipalities in the Eastern Development Cooperation Program "Platforma". Prepares and presents presentations at various international conferences. Since 2017, he has been leading the Joniškis LSDP department, with which he actively organizes summer camps for children, events for seniors, actions for children from the child and family welfare center.
