Nenad Antolović, with a Magister's degree in Philosophy and History, served as the Director and Lead Manager of the CEKOM Project, a key initiative in Croatia's smart city development. He led efforts to enhance urban infrastructure through advanced technology integration, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and quality of life. With extensive experience in higher education, he collaborated with government agencies, technology partners, and academic institutions to drive innovation and address challenges.

Emira Brkić Karninčić, holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management, served as a Researcher and D&C Manager in the CEKOM Project. She translated business requirements into technical solutions, organized project activities, allocated resources, and monitored project procedures. Emira led communication campaigns to promote project visibility and disseminate results. She also tracked project indicators and communicated goals to target groups through articles and presentations.
