Associate Professor Dr Gintarė Žemaitaitienė has been a teaching staff member, programme director, and researcher at Mykolas Romeris University, Institute of Communication, since 2006. She holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences (Management) and a Master of Law. Dr. Žemaitaitienė has participated in numerous national and international scientific projects, published research, and presented at conferences. Her expertise includes innovation management, communication & diffusion, design thinking methods, and qualitative research. She serves as a senior researcher in the project "HEIsCITI – HEIs as Innovative Triggers of Sustainable Development in European Cities in Post Covid-19 era" (2022-2024), focusing on design thinking implementation and project dissemination.

Vaida Aleknavičienė

Vaida Aleknavičienė is a member of the monitoring committee of the Interreg V-A Latvia-Lithuania cross-border cooperation programme. Represents the Association of Lithuanian Municipalities in the Eastern Development Cooperation Program "Platforma". Prepares and presents presentations at various international conferences. Since 2017, he has been leading the Joniškis LSDP department, with which he actively organizes summer camps for children, events for seniors, actions for children from the child and family welfare center.
