IBM BTO in Krakow was established in 1996. in our portfolio, we have financial services, HR services, and of course IT departments.

Our mission is to provide services to our external clients with the utmost care. Thanks to IBM technology, we create an international environment and support our clients at the highest global level.

Everyone knows IBM as a technology company and an IT company, but not everyone knows that we also operate in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), providing financial and accounting services for our clients, and recruitment/HR services as well.

 

What do we require for junior positions?

  • Foreign language (different European languages) Level B2/C1
  • English min. B2
  • Soft skills - willingness to act and learn new things, communicativeness, ability to work in a team

What are the daily duties?

Depending on the position:

  • processing invoices, completing invoices, daily contact with the client (chat, e-mail, phone), responding to inquiries regarding the status of invoices (Junior Accountant)
  • managing the payment process, checking receivables, daily contact with the customer (phone, e-mail, chat), solving problems related to customer receivables (Junior AR Analyst)
  • payroll, payslips, reporting (Payroll Analyst), here we also require very good knowledge of Excel (Payroll Analyst)
  • to have contact with the candidate and the hiring manager, looking for the best talents in the market, arranging meetings, checking documents, and administration of the recruitment process (Recruitment coordinator, Junior Recruiter, Sourcer, HR Administrator).

  1. Junior (e.g., Junior Accountant)
  2. Mid-Regular (e.g., Accountant, Recruiter)
  3. Senior (e.g., Senior AR Analyst, Senior Recruitment Coordinator)
  4. SME/ TL (Subject Matter Expert/ Team Leader)
  5. Manager

In addition to this, you can completely change your career path, e.g., go from accounting to recruitment, or even to IT/automation if you have the appropriate courses/qualifications.
