Admissions Office
Prospective students (Polish or international) seeking guidance on the application process can contact the dedicated Admissions Offices for each campus or program.
We have admissions teams for undergraduate, graduate, MBA/EMBA, and PhD programs. They can provide detailed information on entry requirements, application deadlines, required documents, and any entrance exams or interviews. The Admissions Office also offers support through the online application portal. Advisors are on hand to help applicants navigate the system, pay application fees, or schedule interviews. During peak application season, extended hours and hotlines are available. International Student Support
Recognizing the particular needs of our international community, WSB has an International Dean’s Office and an International Cooperation Office which collectively function as a support hub for non-Polish students.
From the moment an international student considers WSB, they can get assistance on visa application letters, advice on housing options, and answers to questions about life in Poland. Upon arrival, this office facilitates orientation sessions, including guidance on registering with local authorities, obtaining health insurance, and opening bank accounts. We also provide ongoing support such as free Polish language classes, cultural integration workshops, and an International Student Mentor program (where existing students help newcomers settle in). Should international students encounter any issues – academic, personal or bureaucratic – the International Office is there to advocate and find solutions. Plans are underway to further strengthen this service by establishing a one-stop International Student Office that will streamline all these supports under one roof.

Academic and Student Affairs
Current students have multiple resources at their disposal. The Dean’s Office (Student Affairs Office) for the Business School handles enrollment verification, course registration, exam schedules, and academic records.
Each student is assigned an academic advisor or year tutor who can be contacted for guidance on course choices, academic regulations, or if the student is facing difficulties affecting their studies. For timetable changes or classroom information, the Dean’s Office regularly communicates via the student portal and notice boards. Career and Alumni Services
For career-related support, the Academic Career Office is the go-to resource. Current students and recent graduates can contact the career advisors to discuss internships, job opportunities, or career planning.
The office can be reached via email or in person, and also maintains a jobs portal where employers post vacancies targeted at WSB students/alumni. Career counseling appointments can be scheduled for more personalized guidance. Furthermore, each semester, the Career Office sends out a schedule of employer info sessions, career fairs, and skill workshops – students can sign up or inquire about these events through the office.

Administrative and IT Support
WSB Business School provides strong administrative backing to ensure the student experience is smooth.
The Registrar and Examinations Office handles grade records, diploma processing, and any issues related to academic transcripts or diplomas. Students can contact this office for questions about academic status, graduation requirements, or to obtain official documents (like enrollment certificates for scholarship or visa purposes). On the technical side, our IT Support Helpdesk is available to help with the Virtual University platform, student email accounts, Wi-Fi access, or any of the educational software used in courses. Students and staff can submit IT tickets online or visit the helpdesk during its service hours. The IT team has been crucial, especially as we’ve expanded online learning capabilities – they ensure that lecture recordings, online library access, and digital submission systems work reliably.
