Prof. dr hab. Łukasz Sułkowski

Prof. dr hab. Łukasz Sułkowski

Polish professor of economics and humanities specializing in management sciences. He works at the Jagiellonian University. He was Vice-President for International Affairs and Quality Expert at the Polish Accreditation Commission. He is the President of PCG Polska. Previously, for more than 20 years, he gained extensive experience in managerial work, on management boards and supervisory boards of many Polish and international companies. ( “Goplana”, “Nestle”, “Fazer”, “FPL Consultant”, “Polski Len”, “GTL”, “PCG” ). He is the author of more than 300 publications and the director, executor of 15 research grants (including those funded by the Committee for Scientific Research, the National Science Centre, the Ministry of Science, the EU). He was the head of the NCN project “Quality Culture in Polish Universities”. Currently, he leads the DIALOG project “Organisational Improvement of the Universities of the Future (UNIFUT. PL)”. Participates in the work of international organizations and associations: American Academy of Management (AAofM – USA), International Family Entreprises Research Association (IFERA), Reseau Pays du Groupe de Vysegrad (PGV, Steering Committee – France) and European Academy of Management (EURAM).

 Prof. dr hab. Konrad Grabiński

Prof. dr hab. Konrad Grabiński

A faculty member of the Department of Financial Accounting at the Cracow University of Economics. The president of the Regional Office of the Polish Accounting Association. A recipient of a scholarship with an international program IAAER Deloitte Scholar, a member of the European Accounting Association, an author of numerous papers on accounting and finance. He has been involved for many years in co-operation with the National Bank of Poland, providing an educational program "Euro-zone functioning mechanisms". He was actively engaged in implementing an academic path poised to facilitate gaining CIMA and ACCA qualification by CUE students. In 2014 as a co-author received the award for the best book in the field of accounting in Poland. Since 2018 hold the position of Professor at CUE. Since 2019 holds the position of vice-chairman of the Scientific Council of Economics and Finance at Cracow University of Economics.

Dr inż. Maria Rybaczewska

Dr inż. Maria Rybaczewska

Academic and business consultant. Cooperating mainly with SMEs, specialising in marketing and retail. Graduated from International College of Journalism, University of Stirling and Lodz University of Technology. PhD dissertation focused on employer image and purchase decision process of the final buyer was honourably awarded by the Organisation and Management Department of Lodz University of Technology in 2014. In the past cooperated with Clark University Massachusetts and University of Social Sciences in Lodz as an Assistant Professor. Currently employed at a research position of an Assistant Professor at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and collaborating with the University of Stirling in the field of research. She has been collaborating with WSB University for years as well.

Apart from work, a highly dedicated mum and wife caring for relationship building through time spent with family, among others, on relaxation and hobbies i.e. travels and sport.

Dr Marta Czerwiec

Dr Marta Czerwiec

She is an experienced business consultant and coach with a diverse background in academia and professional development. She holds a PhD in management from Kozminski University in Warsaw and serve as an Executive MBA lecturer at the WSB University.

Additionally, She is a graduate of the Coaching Academy in London and the first certified PRISM Brain Mapping Practitioner in Poland. With her expertise, she guides individuals and companies through transformative processes, drawing upon her combined knowledge of science and business. Over the past 17 years, She has collaborated with research institutions and various enterprises, allowing her to gain valuable insights and experiences.

Her work and publications span both Polish and English languages. Throughout her career, She has delivered over 8,000 hours of business training in professional and personal development.

Dr Marta Brzozowska

Dr Marta Brzozowska

PhD in management and quality sciences and an skilled teacher with over 10 years of experience. A graduate of Coventry University with the title of Master of Science in Engineering and Manufacturing Management and the Lodz University of Technology, Faculty of Organization and Management. The areas of scientific interest are primarily the management of the logistics services market, the competences of logistics operators and modern technologies used in logistics, as well as quality and environmental management systems. She combines scientific and didactic work with practical experience, e.g. in logistics and production companies. Privately, travel enthusiast.

Robert Reinfuss

Innovator, management practitioner, business advisor in the field of human resources management, MBA lecturer and author of numerous publications. Author of ValueView® and Market of Objectives™. He specializes in strategic HR, techniques to increase profitability and work efficiency, remuneration policy. Author of management books: MBO, simple effective technique of managing your company and Market of Objectives. Return on investment in HR.

Personnel Director of the Year 1999 in the Rzeczypospolita competition. For 14 years he worked in senior management positions in private companies in the banking sector, production and sales. He holds a degree in sociology from the Jagiellonian University and postgraduate studies from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the UK and MDP in Johannesburg.

Ewa Palarczyk

CEO and Co-founder at Synergist. Leverages a unique combination of 20+ years of experience in creating and implementing business strategies, project management, sustainability, and ESG to support leaders and organizations in achieving business, social, and environmental goals.  

She gained knowledge and skills in project management in Poland and abroad, implementing, preparing and supervising dozens of projects, including mega investments, m.in. as Executive Director for Investment Projects at TAURON Polska Energia S.A., President of the Management Board of TAURON Ekoenergia sp. z o.o., member of the TAURON Group's Investment Committee and member of multiple supervisory boards, Director of the Branch of KOPEX S.A. in Turkey. For several years, she participated in creating, implementing, and monitoring corporate, CSR, and investment strategies.  

She also has extensive coaching and teaching experience, lecturing,  advising and developing project management and sustainability competencies in many large companies, mainly industrial.  She is also a published author and speaker at numerous project management and ESG conferences. 

As former CEO of GPM EMEA, she promoted sustainable project management in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Ilona Leoniewska

Ilona Leoniewska

Chief Revenue Officer at Escola S.A. Group, which develops mobile and web applications, provides consulting services in digital transformation, and builds its own products through venture building. Also serving as CSO at wellms.io, responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing the sales team, and closely collaborating with the marketing and sales departments. Co-created the Meetinga mobile application, dedicated to events such as conferences, trade shows, and festivals. Meetinga has become one of the leading event applications for the MICE industry in the country and is currently being developed within the Escola Group. Holds degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw. Conducts workshops on digital project development and growth, utilizing techniques such as Event Storming. Co-instructed the Management in IT course at the Economic-Humanistic Academy. Ilona Leoniewska was featured in the Strong Women in IT 2021 - Global Edition report. She loves sports, mountains, foreign languages, computer games, and board games.

Marcin Rosłaniec

A skilled manager in production companies with over 10 years of experience. The main areas of business interest are production management, maintenance or the use of RES in the operation of production enterprises and prosumers. A graduate of the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Lodz University of Technology and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science and Automation, as well as Coventry University with the title of Master of Science in Engineering and Manufacturing Management. He combines business practice with didactic work, conducting classes in the field of procurement logistics, supply chains, optimization of logistics processes, as well as quality management systems. Privately, an avid sailor, always hungry for new experiences.
